The Employee Purchase Plan (EPP) program exclusively offers employees of eligible companies savings off their mobile service plans not offered to the general public. Discount rate varies by client. In some cases, the discount is applicable to the voice plan of any in market consumer plan, and in others, special rate plans are available to a select group of employees.
Price plans advertised on this site are applicable to clients of the following Canadian provinces only: Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, PEI & Nova Scotia. Plans for Quebec, Manitoba & Saskatchewan will be added in the future. Please inquire with Servall Canada if you live in one of these provinces, we have an offer for you as well.
proof of employment requirement
In order to activate or even migrate an existing Bell mobile number to the EPP plan for discount, proof of employment is required. Acceptable proof includes: most recent paystub, letter of employment from your HR department, and/or badge ID with your name and company name. Some plans may require your corporate email address and/or your employee number for validation. Employment will be validated by Servall Canada & Bell at the time of processing. All accounts set up on the EPP plan must be in the company employee's name. One account per employee is permitted, however with credit approval by Bell, you may add additional users to this account. Number of users varies per company. Ask us for more information.
signed agreement & order shipment
Once your order has been processed, you will receive your Bell service agreement. Please initial and sign all the pages and send back to Servall via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your signed agreement is received, your order will ship and you will receive a Purolator tracking number. Orders are typically filled within 2-3 business days (time may vary depending on hardware availability) and shipped next business day to most addresses in Ontario. Delivery time will will vary out of province. We are not able to ship to PO boxes, and a signature will be required upon delivery. Please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for your package.
Please note that the service agreement will not show your plan discount, that discount will appear on your monthly bill from Bell.

To move your existing mobile number to your company's EPP plan, please send an email with your name, existing mobile # and proof of employment directly to the Bell migration team at email@example.com These requests can take between 24-72 hours to be completed. A $50 migration fee per line will be charged and the account must have a $0 account balance and device balance for the migration to be processed. The account must also be in the employees name. Accounts that are in another person's name must be transferred to the said employee's name for any migration to be done.. MigTration requests can take between 24-72 business hours to be completed. C
